so that I using with config to be able to create ADP Project

Description

Background: there is implementation for writer which creates ADP Project for VSCODE. This writer should be able to create ADP Project working also in BAS.

Technical Design

The writer located in @sap-ux/adp-tooling should be enhanced to create ADP Project working in BAS

Given I have a writer
when I execute it with config
then I should have ADP Project generated working in BAS and VSCODE
