BiGG ID is actually the KEGG compound ID

Description of the issue

Not sure whether that is intended or not but it might be better to name it "xanacid" or something like this!? Not an actual error but might help when IDs are mapped between KEGG and BiGG (and can actually lead to duplicates as shown in #274).

Same seems to apply to other compounds.
