Wrong 'name' appear in xepg.json on playlist update or restore from backup if using the version pre cd5a389 (clear up the database from this inconsistency in conditionalUpdateChanges() + increase database version number?)

Also check how will it perforem with two playlists (do we need to pass to generateHashForChannel() function?)
