Combine cross-listed classes

Some sort of combining needs to be done for cross-listed classes. The best approach is probably to keep a table of them in the database, and then alter them on insertion time, or something like that. The course name will most likely end up like this:

COEN 19/MATH 52: Title

Where the department names are in alphabetical order.
