false missing python impacket

After a scan at the smbenum result section "Enumerating Shares", is an error because if a missing python impacket package but it is installed.

Using Kali Linux
Version 1.0.3

you can probably set the path to where impacket is installed in your sparta.conf

To be fair, at this day and age we could probably skip the check for MS08-067 :) We are removing that check altogether in the next commit.
