Can upload any file format in edit activity cover image

3. Description:
Any file format can be uploaded instead of an image in service edit form. Tried a .docx file
4. Steps to reproduce the issue:
Login as a business,
go to manage from the navbar
edit a service
choose change cover image
choose all files
choose a .docx file
submit

Here is how the image appears in the home page:

Update: Same happens in create activity
5. Expected result:
An error message should appear
