Is "Public Registry Service" defined in BRegDCAT-AP a Public Service in CPSV-AP? #3

@bertvannuffelen could you clarify, what exactly is cpsv:PublicService and dcat:Catalog in BregDCAT-AP context?

For example, Information system that allows to create, maintain and manage Vehicles is considered a cpsv:PublicService or dcat:Catalog?

It is not clear if cpsv:PublicService in BregDCAT-AP context represents Information system or an electronic service of Information system?

And dcat:Catalog represents Information system or data produced by that Information system?
