Add wildcards to Islandora Relationship condition

The configuration options for the Islandora Relationship condition require specific values:

• Predicate URI (Enter the predicate URI of the relationship, e.g. info:fedora/fedora-system:def/model#.)
• Predicate (Enter the predicate of the relationship, e.g., hasModel.)
• Relationship values to activate this condition (Set this condition when one or more of the relationship values in this list applies to the objet. Enter a list of values (e.g., islandora:collectionCModel), one per line.))

We should allow all values to be valid, e.g. for activating the condition when predicateURL is "fedora:isConstituentOf" but we don't want to specify a relationship value, and allow for partial text matches using wildcards or regexes.
