Allow a free text search for names, with a warning that names may be encoded in Unicode, transliteration, or Beta code.

(This should search both foaf:name and the primaryForm and variantForms of any lawd:PersonalName attached to a person.)

Eventually this will contain the option to transliterate on the fly, using a service like CoWS:HiTT or similar, but probably not for the first iteration...)
