ON HOLD: Waiting for Qt to address this bug.

Description
On Windows, the Alt+Click interaction to show a particle's inspection text only works when clicking an expanded particle's cylinder connector. No QConParticle (the spherical parts) register. We've submitted a bug report to Qt and can follow up on this issue once the bug is addressed.
