Setup Github Pages for repo on RSE-leaders

@RSE-leaders/researchsoftware-org: currently the SORSE20-page is rendered at https://rse-leaders.github.io/SORSE20, but we would like to host it under https://researchsoftware.org/SORSE20. From my perspective, it makes most sense to rename the researchsoftware.org repository into rse-leaders.github.io (this is also how we configured our de-RSE website repository). Then, the SORSE20-website would automatically be located under researchsoftware.org/SORSE20 and every new repository will have a corresponding URL.
