It appears that the 3.results folder had not been updated with the outputs of the notebooks.

I've rerun the notebooks and now have the latest results in the folder.

The issue appears to be that running the notebooks as python scripts gives slightly different plots than when running the notebooks via Jupyter. In particular, this caused the offset in matplotlib to not be correctly calculated.

Also, some of the labels were overlapping due to the use of long-form units (centimetre). I've adjusted the scripts to use short-form units (cm).
