As a user / integrator I want to gather playback metrics from PillarboxPlayer anytime.

Playback metrics compute and gather all playback metrics neeed like (stalls count, playing time, startup times etc...)

Acceptance criteria

  • Metrcis are updated during playback
  • Metrics can be query anytime
