Currently the version is hard coded in the configure.ac files for COLLECTION, INI, etc.
This bug calls for changing it to use the right version.

This issue should be corrected together with defining the right version scheme for common and ELAPI. If we plan to spin the common and ELAPI out from the SSSD then we should probably have different versions one for common tools and one for ELAPI.
