If just entering {{{sss_obfuscate}}} (no options), there is no prompt for the password presented. Furthermore, anything typed out is visible on the screen. Yet further, pressing enter does not conclude input, but instead provides a \n as part of the encoded password.

While this might be acceptable if we're piping in a file as a password into stdin, I think that we need to have a human-usable interactive dialog here.
