[RFE] Create a library to simplify usage of D-Bus responder

This library should provide a C interface to D-Bus responder that hides complexity of libdbus and provides the most fundamental and most common parts of our D-Bus interface.

Namely:

• accessing object properties
• listing object paths
• calling fundamental methods
