Following on from #2372

Note: number of links to migrate will influence implementation

Important: Only start this PBI after 20 April 2024

Note: I have written a script that tests the status code returned by all of the pages located in the /Redirect folder.
Below is the result I got:

I had a look at GA for the required results. You can view this incl filters i used here

As per my conversation with @adamcogan, we agreed to not migrate the /redirect pages since the telemetry says that they are not used (enough to warrant the effort).

All redirect files in v1 migration progress repo have been zz'd.
