inbuild updater?

Is there a possibility to make an inbuild updater? So we will receive the newer updates from within the app, there are apps who are doing this so it must be possible?

I don't know if the app can update itself, but I think I can add a notification system that warns you if a new build is available.

The app could be posted on the windows store,almost same thing(Automatic updates)
