HPX Application throws error in Microsoft Windows, when running in distributed environment #866

Running HPX Applications, say hello_world or fibonacci example in a distributed environment, with windows machine as master system, and linux as slave runs fine, but on terminations produces error:
"helloworld.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program, and notify you if a solution is available."

This is a more general error happening on Windows during application shutdown due to a problem in the TCP parcelport.

Also its not a cross platform problem, same error also occurs when using windows machines on both sides.
