Class "clear-row" is not allowed in http://dev-scid.pantheon.io/admin/config/content/formats/content_editor_text_format in tab WYSIWYG Filter in block Rules for Class Names, and so this class is being stripped when Content Editor Text format is being used. I have added it in stanford_wysiwyg.features.filter.inc on line 179, 53 => 'clear-row',
