5.1 Migration to SUSE CaaS Platform 4.5:

For me it is unclear if we just upgrade the OS on the admin machine and skuba does the "zypper migration" on masters+worker or if the customer has to upgrade the OS on admin+master+worker before running through the skuba cluster upgrade apply...
