Condition 1: Open a campaign + "PHISHING WARNING" banner displayed.
->> Issue with the display and clicking of "Download Adpool Kit," "Edit Adpool," or "Apply now" buttons while scrolling down.

Condition 2: Open a campaign + "PHISHING WARNING" banner closed.
->> The menu bar becomes transparent.

->> A scrollbar appears.
