The plugin currently only shows the soft guest cap's percentage in relation to the scenario's objective if the objective is set to "Number of guests at a given date" (i.e. 4,000 guests at the end of October, Year 4, 2,550 soft guest cap = 63.75% of goal fulfilled). The same percentage does not show if the scenario has the "Number of guests in park" objective (i.e. 4,050 guests without letting the park rating drop below 700 at any time).

As you can see in this screenshot, I reached a soft guest cap of 2,005, which should be 49.51% of the scenario's requirement of 4,050 guests plus ≥700 park rating. However, the notifications generated when the soft guest cap changes does not show the percentage if the objective type is the one used here. Now, that brings me to suggest a tiny fix to the plugin which will allow soft guest cap update notifications to show the percentage of the soft guest cap in relation to the required amount of guests if the objective is the "Number of guests in park" type (the one that reads "To have at least X guests in your park. You must not let the park rating drop below 700 at any time!").
