1. Agenda for Aug 2021 full team meeting

Update on alpha/beta testing (core team to conduct one more alpha testing prior to beta testing)

Subgroup updates (QT subgroup, launch readiness subgroup update, AE volcano plot subgroup??)

Meetings (PCI, R in Pharma) and future meetings (DIA Europe, DIA PV and RM meeting, these are topics for future planning), ask for other venues from team members (for example, DIA FDA forum, to check with Susan Mayo)

Small company IND questionnaire --- officially asking for volunteers

2. Other thought: KM plot in R shiny, idea probing--- not hard to draw KM plot in R shiny. Maybe a good tool to evaluate time to onset of AEs (for example), with plot developed at individual level but put into one panel in an aggregated way, may help to identify some patterns.

Action Items

1- Mengchun to check with Xiao on status of R in Pharma
2- Mengchun to follow up with Brian Edwards on DIA Europe and any other potential European meeting venues for future planning purpose
3- Mengchun to follow up with Susan Mayo on DIA FDA forum (the one in Mar??)
