SV submission in breakend format are incorrectly penalised for correctly reporting INV events

Since inversion events involve 2 breakpoints, submissions in VCF breakend format write 4 breakend records. The evaluation script incorrectly flags the second breakpoint call as a false positive, even when the breakend orientations are in the opposite directions to the first breakpoint.
