Small creature mounting Medium creature. Both tokens have Dimensions 1.0 x 1.0, but in the PF2e system Small creatures are automatically scaled to 0.8 if Scale (ratio) is Linked to Actor Size.
In Rideable settings "Adjust Actor Size" is selected to allow both tokens to be selected, otherwise only the Rider token is selectable. Everything is good so far.
Upon using Unmount the Rider token resizes to a Scale of 1.0 and is unlinked to Actor Size (small). I cannot link the Scale slider after this point, though I can slide the Scale manually to 0.8.
Mounting and Unmounting at this point do not adjust the Scale value further, so when Mounted still retains 0.8 Scale whether at the 0.5 x 0.5 Dimensions when Mounted or the 1.0 x 1.0 Dimensions of Unmounted. Link to Actor Size still remains untoggleable.

After investigating this behaviour, it seems like this is more of a Pf2e problem/bug. As far as i can see it can be replicated manually. I don't think, that i can really do much about it but i will keep it in mind and continue looking into it.
