previewing the theme in localhost:8000 is stuck

I cloned this repo and followed all the instructions to preview the theme locally but it seems it's not opening up in localhost:8000 and localhost:8001.

I'm not getting any errors in the command line. Salla CLI is working fine and webpack build was successful but when I visit localhost it's stuck in loading

The localhost:8000 server is used to serve static assets, such as images, js, and css files

And which port should I use to test the theme locally?

I believe that you cannot locally test the theme, as the data you need from salla backend comes through the JavaScript API, and some through the Twig template engine..
