As a Kebele member, I want:

• 1. to create a Kebeleye account so that I get the information I need.

• 2. to see updates from officials so that I plan my schedules accordingly.

• 3. to give feedback to officials so that they can improve their services.

• 4. to report official so that higher official will see my disappointment.

• 5. to change my name so that I get called by my new name on the account.

• 6. to delete my account so that I have a new account with another kebele.

As a Kebele official I want:

• 1. to create a Kebeleye account so that I will get kebele members notified about my daily activity.

• 2. to post updates so that kebele members will be guided accordingly.

• 3. to see feedback so that I will improve my service to kebele members.

• 4. to see messages from higher kebele officials so that I will work accordingly.

• 5. to change my name so that I get called by my new name on the account.

• 6. to delete my account so that I will be leaving the Kebele official position.

As an Admin for Kebeleye I want:

• 1. Verify accounts of both Kebele members and Kebele officials so that they can use the application.

• 2. Ban both kebele members and kebele officials so that they cannot use the application.

• 3. remove both Kebele member and Kebele official features so that fixing issues will be held.
