The glob tester in the description of the exclude key name throws a security warning

Bug Description
This morning I was using the GitHub mobile app on my Android phone when I clicked on the glob tester link which is present in the README table in the line concerning the exclude key name, my browser opened and I got a security warning page saying that my access to the site was being blocked for security reasons and that the request I made (by simply clicking on the link) triggered a protection mechanism which was blocking my access to the DigitalOcean website. I think the link should be changed to make the tester work properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the glob tester link in the README table
2. See the error
