Is this no quick fixes available expected? I tried setting "xo.format.enable": true in my VSCode config but it didn't have an effect on this (I don't know if it should?)

Seeing the same thing - but given that this plugin hasn't been updated in a year I'm wondering if it's dead.

I just published 3.4.0 which adds initial support for quick fixes that will apply the fix from xo for you in the code actions. I plan to support more code actions soon and code actions on save (I don't think this update supports the on code actions on save options yet).
