Animation Baking not Baking Properly?

Whenever I bake an animation, the animation gets cut off, and the interpolation is incorrect (the animation was made with a constant (no) interpolation intentionally), where it is supposed to appear choppy rather than smooth. There are only 3 unique keyframes in the animation with no interpolation.
