'Set Target' Unreliable

The 'Set Target' button seems to be unreliable. (Chrome on Windows XP).
It appears to work as a toggle (a message appears at the bottom of the screen), but a single click does not put a marker on the map. Double click sometimes does.

The following changes would be useful:
Make the button change to show which mode it is in, so it is clear it is toggling modes.
Make sure the message is correct - is it a single or double click that is required? Double click zooms the map.

Just had another go at this - The problem seems to be when it is hosted from the github site. It works when I run it locally....

Smells like a leaflet bug to me... I recently upgraded to leaflet 0.4 - does the problem still persist?
