[Feature] Added Contact Form in the website

@SaptarshiSarkar12 Hey, I have done the major part of the contact redirection functionality.

There are a few steps for you to get all messages,

1. Make a copy of the sample spreadsheet
   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_8wpBj_YLK1UUFBeLgUMvLX5MXReyOEv2zSiK7GXIQo/edit#gid=0
2. Open the Apps Script editor by clicking "Extensions" > "Apps Script"
   
3. Change the TO_ADDRESS value with your email id.
   
4. Save changes to your Script
   
5. Publish the Updated Script as a Web App
   
   
6. Authorize the Script to Send Emails
   

Please click on advance and follow the website.

12. Copy the web app URL to your clipboard/notepad. Then Click "OK".
    
    HTML FORM.
13. Now simply paste that URL into the Action tag in the HTML Form.
