Can you reliably reproduce the issue? yes

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

  1. Close wallet (which has a MN configured)
  2. After a certain amount of time, let's say 4h open the wallet again
  3. You'll see MN transactions coming in with the same date/time

Expected behavior

transactions should have a different timestamp based on the block which contains it

Actual behavior

transaction timestamp is from when the wallet synced the transaction
