Bilateral (or OTC?) clearing of a fill could fail for at least two reasons:

  1. bidTradingParty has insufficient funds
  2. askTradingParty has insufficient securities

In addition to making use of Try, Success, and Failure types I should create two new messages RefundPayment(amount) and RefundSecurities(instrument, quantity) to handle the refunding of payment and securities.
