Show list of compatible views

If a format is supported by several views, only one is automatically chosen.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a list component similar to the converter list, to see all the compatible views and be able to select which one to open. For instance, to open binary files as ObjectView (in case they have a custom binary implementation) or with the hexadecimal editor.

• Show list of compatible format views
• Open default format view with space bar
• Show progress bar or spinning wheel while opening a view or converting a file

We could have a dialog to open from the top like the command bar in VS Code.
