A KeyError of the JSON interpreter results in setting the cfg file to default... e.g.

    "Position": awdawd"auto"

or
"3": "kit_test_01_600V_\Phi"
....
An Error should be raised instead, so that one can see what the problem was and doesn't lose all the settings from cfg file
