Feature suggestions: the display method when plans overwrite each other

I think the display can still be improved, when the copied/cropped plans overlaps with the existing plans, the plans will directly replace the existing plans' display layer in the preview, which makes it a bit difficult for me to distinguish, I wonder if it's possible to change the way the layers are rendered, from replace to overlay? Just like the mod More Planning did.

I have some videos for comparison. Maybe I didn't express clearly enough, but the video should help you understand what I mean.

It might help to add an option to adjusting the spacing of plans? Or just add a new display style, since the existing style is so poorly spaced that it would make it almost impossible to see the objects placed on the floor as a reference.

Thank you for your detailed suggestion. I'll look into it, and hopefully I can come up with something to improve the visualization. Perhaps just rendering the preview more transparently would be enough.
