Come up with and idea if we use BCM94360CD using a MQUPIN fenvi T919 Wireless Card (like in Z490 Gigabyte vision D build) and installed via Sonnett Pcie Box and connect it to thunderbolt port. it would be possible???

Thanks,

Why would you waste the thunderbolt port with that? You can still use the BCM94360CD natively.

I use this card connected to the mini PCIe slot (where the default wifi card sits. i remove the default one and installed this one using an extender for the IO plate to fit.)

Then I simple connect antennas to the card.

Why not using the build-in card?

I used this card. I then removed the stock card on the motherboard and replaced it with the card I bought. It works perfectly.

I followed this guide, which shows step-by-step how to remove the rear panel and put in the new card. It was a little tricky, but I managed.
