removeUnsatisfiableClasses option is a misnomer #181

This is a misleading option. It does not remove unsatisfiable classes, it removes axioms that are typically implicated in unsatisfiable classes.

We should change this, but without breaking people's installations. Or at least better document it.

A simpler option name would be removeOwlConstraints
