Existing studies on SciGraph annotator accuracy and speed

Hi there! My colleagues and I are comparing several approaches to named-entity recognition (NER), including SciGraph's Annotator feature (via the Monarch API). Has anybody already run SciGraph's Annotator on an existing NER corpus, such as the BioCreative V CDR task corpus, to compare its accuracy and speed with other NER tools? Is there a SciGraph paper whose citations I can look at for such work? Thanks so much!
