scoop cleanup is a great tool but it always cleans all versions of a program leaving only the current install. It is possible that there may be some programs you have not yet run, which may have some bugs that mean you want to roll back to a previous version. Of course this is possible, but it depends on having a working internet connection at the time, redownloading older versions etc.
What would be helpful - albeit in niche scenarios - would be to use cleanup with a flag such that it cleans everything except the last n versions. For example, scoop cleanup * -n 3 would remove all versions of all programs except the last 3 most recent (including current). For those with less than 3 versions, it would leave them as is. This would allow easier rolling back when necessary.
