IAM roles available for DynamoDB access

This is partially fulfilling:

Allow AWS Services to inherit an IAM role to access DynamoDB
and
Restrict DynamoDB access through IAM roles

We want to be able to check there is a specific role for accessing each DynamoDB table. That means a role that gives you access to just that single table.
