GitHub added support for citation files for repositories. https://docs.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/creating-a-repository-on-github/about-citation-files#about-citation-files

More info about the spec can be found here: https://citation-file-format.github.io/

  • Add support for reading CITATION.cff
  • Add conversion function from CITATION.bib to CITATION.cff
