FIX: SOC Grid Import inconsistency with larger files

I've tested importing several pcap files from https://www.malware-traffic-analysis.net/2023/index.html via SOC Grid and there seems to be some inconsistency. This is mostly anecdotal and so the numbers may not be exact, but it seems like small files (smaller than 5MB) work as expected. Medium sized files (say 5MB to 10MB) will import successfully but the message never displays in SOC. Large files (say 10MB to the form limit of 25MB) will not import at all (nothing ever appears in /nsm/import). For the files that didn't import via SOC Grid, I was able to manually import via so-import-pcap so it's not a problem with the file itself. Perhaps some kind of timeout issue somewhere?
