Our Security Onion ISO image currently defaults to a /boot partition of 512MB. 2 users have reported that /boot filled up (see #11859). Oracle Linux 9 defaults to 1GB /boot partition and both CentOS Stream 9 and Rocky Linux 9 do as well. We should update our ks.cfg files to default /boot to 1GB.
