Getting timeout error using S2I to package PyTorch model #179

I'm trying to use Seldon to deploy a trained pytorch model. However, it seems be hitting an error when building the container with S2I. My guess based on the error is that pip is timing out trying to download PyTorch.

Ops just realized it's probably a connection problem and not a seldon one.
