Describe the bug

kfctl pre v0.7.1 is not available anymore. Requirements here are no longer feasible: https://github.com/SeldonIO/seldon-core/tree/master/examples/kubeflow#before-you-start .

To reproduce

Follow https://github.com/SeldonIO/seldon-core/tree/master/examples/kubeflow#before-you-start

Expected behaviour

Update doc with most recent or available kfctl.
