Action Server UI allows clicking the "Executing" -button

What is wrong

After starting an Action run from the local Action Server UI the user can re-click the button.
Depending on the action content, after refresh the web UI can break in this case.

Disabling the button in the Executing... -state, seems a valid fix.

System info

• Web browsing action -> browsers used
• macOS and probably windows also
• Action Server v0.4.1
