[Sidebar] [v2.2.14] Menu disappears and reappears when clicking in the burger menu on IE11

Hi,

I think there's an animation issue when clicking the burger menu in the sidebar with IE11.
Only IE11 has the problem. Tested with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

When clicking the burger menu, the menu disappear while the sidebar opens and when the sidebar is open, the menu reappears. I think IE11 has issues rendering the animation.

I made a jsfiddle for demonstrating the issue.

I updated semantic for v2.3.1 and the bug it still there. I updated the jsfiddle too.
